Most audiences recognize Karan Brar as Ravi Ross from the popular Disney Channel shows “Jessie” and its follow-up, “Bunk’d.” Beyond his well-known television roles, Brar is focused on expanding representation and challenging stereotypes within the film industry. Though he continues to appear in “Bunk’d,” 2018 marks a pivot toward more diverse work outside of the Disney ecosystem. His recent credits include a role in the Universal Pictures feature “Pacific Rim: Uprising” and a lead part in the YouTube Red high school drama “Youth and Consequences.”
